基于修正线性吸光度的Kalman滤波同时测定邻氯苯酚和2,4-二氯苯酚

摘要 修正了双组分混合体系的线性Beer定律,提出了修正线性吸光度测量方法,即双组分混合体系吸光度由两组分各自对吸光度的贡献和由于混合而导致的两组分交互作用项两部分构成。基于修正吸光度,利用Kalman滤波紫外分光光度法同时测量了邻氯苯酚和2,4-二氯苯酚混合体系,回收实验显示,修正线性吸光度分析方法无论在平均回收率还是在平均相对误差方面均优于线性吸光度分析结果。在整个实验范围内本分析方法具有良好稳定性。 A new and stable nonlinear absorbance method has been proposed for simuhaneous determination of binary organic mixture. The linear additive effect of Beer's law was modified by added one compensation item for the un-negligible effect of intermolecular interaction and Kalman's fiher was used for the data analysis. When this new method was applied to simuhaneous determination of mixture system of o-ehlorophenol and 2,4-dichlorophenol, results from recovery test shows that it is stable and accurate and is significant better than linear method on recovery rate and standard error.
