摘要
采用可视化虚拟设计方法,利用工程分析软件ANSYS对双螺杆磨浆机中的主要元件芯轴进行了应力分析,并提出优化设计方案。有效地缩短了产品的开发周期,适应了市场发展的需要。
Based on visualized virtual design, stress analysis was done to the Shaft of Twin-Screw Pulping Machine with engineering analysis software ANSYS as platform, Optimum design results are obtained, Thus lead time is shortened for the product to satisfy the need of market development.
