PTT纤维及其纱线性能的研究

A research on the properties of the PTT fiber and its final yarn

介绍了PTT纤维的基本特性。利用PTT短纤维设计开发了不同结构的纯纺和与棉、十字形涤纶的混纺纱线,并将它们与PTT长丝一同进行了回潮率、强伸度和拉伸弹性回复性的测试与分析,得出:PTT长丝和短纤维纱线具有较好的强伸度和拉伸弹性回复性,可用于针织和机织弹力织物的开发。研究结果为PTT纤维的应用奠定了基础。

This paper introduces the basic characteristics of PTT fiber, designs and develops a few different structured pure PTT fiber yarns and yarns blended with cotton and polyester fiber whose cross-section is a crisscross. The experiments of moisture regain, tensile properties and elastic recovery are made to these fiber yarns together with the PTT filament yarn, and it can be concluded that both the filament yarn and the staple yarn bear good tensile properties and elastic recovery, and can be applied to the developments of not only knitted fabrics but also elastic woven fabrics. The research results provide a foundation for the applications of PTT fiber.
