All-round Development and Cultivation of Innovative Quality

人的全面发展思想是科学发展观的应有之义,创新素质的培养是建设创新型国家的根本要求。人的全面发展是创新素质培养的前提和基础,创新素质的培养包含于人的全面发展过程中。创新素质培养必须坚持以马克思主义人的全面发展学说为指导,转变教育观念,正确处理人的全面发展与创新素质培养之间的关系,从而加强对大学生创新能力的培养,为建设创新型国家提供合格人才。

The idea of all-round development of human being is intrinsic to the concept of scientific development. The cultivation of creative quality is the fundamental requirement of building an innovation-oriented country. The all-round development of human being is the prerequisite and basis of cultivating innovative quality, with the latter one being included in the former one. The cultivation of innovative quality must be guided by the all-round development theory of Marxism, convert educational concept and deal with the relationship between all-round development and cultivation of innovative quality properly to strengthen the cultivation of college students＇creative abilities and offer qualified persons for building an innovation-oriented country.
