摘要
为了降低产品研发的风险,特别是大型复杂产品的研发,必须进行失效模式分析。从系统的角度出发,分析产品系统的功能、结构和行为,找出产品潜在的失效模式,建立失效机理模型,并通过风险管理专家打分,综合计算风险优先系数。最后用此方法对某微电子装备进行了失效模式影响分析。
The failure pattern analysis must be conducted for the sake of reducing the risk of developing products especially the development of large scaled complex products. Start from the angle of system to analyze the function, structure and behavior of product system, to find out the potential failure pattern of product and to establish the failure mechanism mod el, and to calculate synthetically the priority coefficient of risks by means of giving evaluation marks by specialists of risk management. Finally, by means of utilizing this method this paper carried out analysis on the influence of failure patterns for certain micro electronic equipment.
