摘要
人们喜食的鲜水果,不仅有着鲜艳的色泽,浓郁的果香,甜美的味道,而且还含有丰富的维生素及人体不可缺少的宏、微量元素。本文利用原子吸收光谱法对五种水果中Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg的含量进行了测定,分析结果显示,鲜草莓的元素含量最高。
Fresh fruits are favorite foods, because of fresh color, full-bodied fruity smell, abundant vitamin, as well as multiform necessary elements for human body. The atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was used for determining trace elements Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca and Mg in 5 fresh fruits. The results showed that the contents of these trace elements were highest in strawberry.
