Presently, the university characteristics becomes one of the indispensable essential ways for the university to seek the comparison superiority and to promote its core competitive competence. Based on building university core competence,the innovation of idea on running a school serve as the preconditions which form the school characteristics; the accurate school localization as the foundation; the distinctive and dominant disciplines as the core; the students raising as the basis; and the building of characteristic campus culture as the guarantee.
