摘要
板料拉深是属金塑性加工的一种基本方法,在国民经济各行各业中有着广泛的应用。特别是筒形件的拉深工艺在生产中具有重要的地位。随着加工技术的不断深化,加工件的精度日趋提高。提高金属壳体的拉深工艺,有着一定的经济意义。本文对马达壳体多次拉深成形工艺进行分析,通过有限元数值模拟对拉深成形特别是反拉深和变薄拉深的工艺过程进行分析,找出模拟过程中一些参数(有无压边圈、模具半锥角等)对各拉深工艺及成形质量的影响。从而通过优化参数来提高产品的性能和精度。
The drawing of ply is a basic technique for metal mold machining .It is widely used in every factory and company of country economy. Especially ,the drawing process of barrel production at important station in manufacturing. With the development of manufacturing, the precision of production is batter and batter every day. Improving the drawing process of metal cover has certainly economical meanings. The process ofmultidrawing for motor cover is analyzed in this article. By analyzing the process of drawing molding especially the reversed drawing and attenuated drawing with numerical simulation to find some parameters (binder or not, die prick angle and so on) for the affection of every drawing process and molding quality. So the capability and precision of production can be improved by optimizing these parameters.
