对逆境的哲学反思

Philosophical Thinking on Adversity

顺境为人生所期,但顺境只有在逆境的背景衬托下才是真实的,因而逆境就成为顺境不可或缺的辩证掣肘因素。然而,在对待逆境问题上有两种大相径庭的态度:悲观主义和盲目乐观自欺。保持逆境理性的革命乐观主义精神,审时度势,善驾逆境,就能获得成功。

Favorable circumstances are expected by people, but favorable circumstances can become real only when they have adversity as a foil. Therefore, adversity is a dialectical factor that is indispensable to favorable circumstances. However, there arc two attitudes towards adversity, which are poles apart： one is pessimistic and the other is unrealistically optimistic. This paper advocates reasonably and revolutionarily optimistic attitude towards adversity, i.c. to size up the situation, to struggle with adversity and then to achieve success.
