Advancing the Energy-conservation in Construction via VE

本文简介了价值工程的思想和我国经济发展面临的能源形势,在此基础上提出推广建筑节能是缓解能源危机的重要途径。提出了将价值工程的思想运用到我国节能建筑的推广上面,包括节能建筑的选择、建筑物的结构设计、材料选择、节能建筑的市场推广等。最后,提出了推广节能建筑的若干政策建议。

Introducing the spirit of VE （ Value Engineering ）, and the national energy shortage, the author presents that Energy-conservation in construction is effective to mitigate the serious status quo,and VE be popularized in Energy-conservation in construction,such as choosing construction object,structure designing and estate marketing. Correspondingly, some advices of policy are presented.
