摘要
选择一种带交流谐振环节软开关谐波补偿器的主电路拓扑,采用正斜率锯齿载波在该拓扑下将所有开关器件的开通动作集中在锯齿载波的垂直沿处,便于软开关动作的实现.对系统进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明采用该控制方法能实现谐波补偿器全部功率开关器件的软开关动作.
A topology of an inverter with a resonant AC link soft-switching are analyzed in detail. Using sawtooth carrier wave with alternate slope (positive or negative), the turn-on operation of all the power switch devices can be centralized at the reset timing of the sawtooth carrier wave. It is convenient for the realization of soft-switching, The Simulation method of this system is provided. The digital simulation is performed, and the simulation results confirm that the soft-switching operation of all power switch devices can be realized by the proposed control method.
