摘要
针对制造企业在制品库存管理的特点,利用ERP库存软件解决在制品库存量大影响企业敏捷性问题.从案例出发分析了库存量大的原因,并以此找出外购件经常性短缺是造成瓶颈的主要因素;提出建立ERP系统并构建了最优数量模型;通过经济效益分析,表明利用ERP系统能够有效控制外购件短缺问题,从而实现生产均衡化,提高企业快速响应市场动态变化的能力.
Aiming at characteristics of work in process (WIP) management in manufacturing enterprises, ERP software in inventory management is applied to solve the mass WIP problem, which can affect the agile of a factory. First, by analyzing the phenomenon that existence of huge WIP is that of the frequency short of purchased components in an example. Second, ERP system, as well as an optimization model is established. Finally, economy analysis results show that the order rate of every purchased components can be calculated by ERP system and optimization model. The problem is solved, such can not only make the manufacturing line balanced, but also improve the ability of quick response to the dynamic changes of the market.
