阐述了营口市城市暴雨强度公式研究与应用,进行了P-Ⅲ分布和指数分布两种频率分布计算;首次引入系统优化技术,使推荐的公式更可靠、精度更高.
The research and application of storm intensity formula of Yingkou are expounded, by P Ⅲ distribution and exponent distribution. The system optimization technology is induced firstly in order to make the formula more reliable and accurate.
