摘要
运动过程中,由于水和电解质代谢的丢失,常影响到机体的正常生理功能,使运动能力下降,进而影响到运动成绩。文章就水和电解质代谢与运动的关系及运动前、中、后适量地补液予以综述,以期为运动中补液提供理论依据。
Because of the loss of water and electrolyte metabolism in the process of exercise, the normal physiological function of organism will be disturbed, which will lead to the decline in performance. This article comprehensively talks about the relationship between water, electrolyte metabolism and exercise as well as how to supplement fluid before, in and after the exercise. It constitutes the theoretical basis for the improvement of exercising ability and delay of occurring of tiredness.
