日照市各类民间组织蓬勃发展,成为推动经济发展的重要力量。但受限于经济发展水平,民间组织发展良莠不齐,发展不规范,自律机制不健全。加强和培育发展民间组织,应明确发展目标,突出发展重点,优化组织结构,并坚持分类指导,重点加强民间组织自身能力与诚信建设。
