摘要
学术界长期以来对泰罗有一种误解,认为他的科学管理理论是建立在“经济人”为人性假设基础之上的,是以物为本,人适应物的管理。泰罗的理论突出强调了人的重要性,提出要关心人、尊重人、发展人,同时倡导各方利益的一致性和协调合作的重要性,因此包含着科学的人性因子,蕴涵着丰富的、朴素的人本管理思想。
There is a misunderstanding about Taylor in academic world for a long time, which his scientific management theories is based on the foundation of the "economic person" behavior assumption, that is things first and the person adapting to the things. But Taylor's theories gives an outstanding emphasis to the person's importance ,puts forward to concerning of the person, respecting the person and developing the person, meanwhile initiates the consistency of everyone's benefits and the importance of the cooperation harmonious. Consequently, the theory includes the human nature factor of science, contains abundant of basic human-centered management thought.
