摘要
师资队伍建设是学校建设的一号工程。名校之所以称之为名校,因有大师也。为了使学生取得更大成就,学校必须聘用优秀师资并对师资进行良好的培训。
The construction of leaching staff is the most important project in colleges. Colleges are famous because of their great masters. In order to make their students get more progress, colleges must hire excellent teachers and train their teaching staff well.
