牛血小板衍化生长因子的高效液相色谱分析

HPLC analysis of bovine platelet-derived growth factor

目的：测定牛血小板衍化生长因子的分子量和纯度。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。结果：牛血小板衍化生长因子的分子量为２．７×１０４ｕ，纯度为８６．３４％。结论：与ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ的测定结果基本一致。

Aim: The molecular weight and purity of bovine platelet-derived growth factor were detected. Methods: HPLC method was used. Results: The molecular weight of bovine platelet-deriled growth factor was 2.7×10 4u and the purity was 86.34%.Conclusions: The results were similar to the results of SDS-PAGE.
