Amino acid composition analysis of bovine platelet-derived growth factor

目的：测定分析牛血小板衍化生长因子的氨基酸组成。方法：采用酸水解方法。结果：牛血小板衍化生长因子含有１７种不同量的氨基酸，其中含有相对较多的碱性氨基酸。结论：该因子与人血小板衍化生长因子的氨基酸组成基本相近。

Aim:Amio acid composition of bovine platelet-derived growth factor was detected. Methods: Using the method of acid dehydroxy amio acid analysis. Results: Bovine platelet-derived growth factor contained 17 amino acid residues in which the protein contained the strong predominance of basic amino acid. Conclusions:Bovine platelet-derived growth factor was mainly similar to human platelet-derived growth factor in the amino acid composition.
