企业社会责任与企业办社会

Corporate Social Responsibility and Enterprise-Run Society

我国当前存在着两种不同的变革：一是企业与社会职能相分离,企业形成独立人格；二是企业与社会责任相结合,形成经济、社会双重人格。企业承担的社会责任主要是一种道德责任,并以存在着经济责任为前提。某些学者借着“企业社会责任”的名义,开出的实际上是一张“企业办社会”的药方,依此药方,企业将丧失独立人格并向旧体制回归。

Currently, there are two different changes in China. One is that enterprises are divorced from their social functions so that they are shaping an independent personality; the other is that enterprises are undertaking their social responsibilities so that they are forming a double personality characteristic of economic function and social responsibihty. The social responsibihty that an enterprise takes up is primarily a moral one, which presupposes the existing economic responsibility. In the name of ＂the corporate social responsibility＂, some scholars actually write out a prescription for ＂the enterprise -run society＂. Acting on this prescription, an enterprise will lose its independent personality and return to the old system.
