摘要
通过灌服给药，观察了复方天棘胶囊高、中、低三种剂量对小鼠游泳耐力的影响，结果显示上述三种剂量均能显著提高小鼠游泳耐力，延长了游泳时间（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示该方剂具有增强小鼠体力，提高机体应激能力并具有抗疲劳作用。本文就其作用机理进行了初步探讨。
he effect of higher, moderate and lower doses of compound TJAND capsule on swimming toler-ance in rats was observed by gastric intubation in this article. The findings showed that the above dos-es could increased swimming tolerance and prolonging swimming time in rats(P<0.05～0.01)to in-dicate compound TJANJI capsule possesses to ameliorated work capacity, increased stress and antifa-tigue effect in rats. Mechanism was discussed preliminarily.
