摘要
目的探讨正己烷对神经系统早期损伤的检测指标。方法使用多媒体神经行为测试组合中文第三版(NES-C3)对76名正己烷接触工人及109名对照工人的神经行为功能进行测试,同时检测自律神经功能测试(ANS)与血清神经特异性酰化酶(NSE)水平、尿中2,5-己二酮水平。结果在NES-C3测试中,接触组的情感状态、视觉保留、系列加减、目标追踪、曲线吻合得分与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P〈0.05、P〈0.01)。接触者负性情感状态增强,记忆状况中判断错误增加,反应时间延长和记忆的准确性下降,运动协调能力下降。在ANS测试中,接触组吸呼差、乏氏指数、30/15指数、立卧差等值均较对照组有明显的增加,差异有显著性(P〈0.01、P〈0.05)。接触组血清NSE浓度异常率为20.59%(15~25ng/ml)。尿中2,5-己二酮水平未见异常。结论神经行为功能、自律神经功能和血清神经特异性酰化酶等项目可作为正己烷作业人员早期健康损害的检测评价指标。
Objective To explore the early monitoring indices of neural system lesion by N-hexane. Methods Neurobehavior function test and autonomic nervous system function test were conducted in 76 N-hexane-exposed workers and 109 non-exposed workers. Meanwhile neuron specific enolase level in serum and 2, 5-hexanedione level in urine of those workers were measured. Results In the test of neurobehavior function the scores of exposed group were significantly different from that of the non-exposed group (P 〈 0.05). In the exposed group negative emotion enhanced, misjudgment increased, responding time prolonged, memory veracity and coordination ability declined. In the test of autonomic nervous system function, the value of deep breathing, 30/15 ratio, Valsalva maneuver and lying to standing in exposed group were all obviously higher than non-exposed group (P 〈 0.05). In exposed group the abnormal rate of neuron specific enolase level in serum was 20.59% (15~25ng/ml). Conclusions Neurobehavioral function, autonomic nervous system function and neuron specific enolase level can be taken as early monitoring indices of neural system lesion in workers occupationally exposed to N-hexane.
