摘要 目的:研究野生枸杞叶茶对实验动物血脂水平的调节作用及对不同血脂成分的影响。方法:将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,即高脂对照组、低剂量观察组、中剂量观察组、高剂量观察组。实验组动物喂饲高脂饲料的同时,分别饮用1g/100ml、3g/100ml、5g/100ml不同浓度级的枸杞叶茶溶液,于实验5周后断头取血测定各项血脂指标。结果:各剂量组与高脂对照组相比,血清TG、TC无降低趋势,HDL-C未见明显升高。结论:该实验条件的纯天然野生枸杞叶茶对大鼠血脂水平无显著影响。 Objective:To study the regulating effect of the tea made of wild lyceum barbaruml leaf on serum lipid and its influence on different serum lipid components of rats, Methods:Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. i.e. high lipid control group, low, moderate and high dose groups. The rats of experimental groups were fed with food rich in lipids and given, respectively, tea solution made of wild lyceum barbaruml of different concentrations (1g/100ml, 3g/100ml. 5g/100ml). 5 weeks later . various indexes of serum lipid were determined. Results:There was no sharp difference in the levels of serum TG,TC and HDL-C of rats between three dose groups and high lipid control group. Conclusion: Tea made of wild lyceum barbaruml leaf under such the experimental condition has no marked influence on serum lipid of rats.
