Application of WinPcap in the Network Account of Network Flow

摘要 通过对WinPcap的结构和功能的介绍,实现对计算机进行有效流量计费的管理,从而提高管理效率和服务质量。 This article introduced the architecture and functions of WinPcap, by which it can manage the valid charging for the computer with WinPcap in order to increase the management efficiency and service quality.
