To meet the change of the demand of modem talents, students＇ goal occupation in the realistic environment should be simulated in experimental teaching on economical and management subject, and real professional atmosphere should be created. The aim is that students can obtain the real experiences on professional psychology. In addition, the training of professional quality could be strengthened, students＇ practice capability, capability of team work and capability of pioneering could be raised. The model that brings up high quality talents and is connected with the modem economic society can be constructed.
