EGF和EGTR在胃癌及其癌前组织中的表达及临床意义

EXPRESSIONS OF EGF AND EGFR IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA AND PRECANCEROUS TISSURES AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

目的探讨胃黏膜中EGF、EGFR与胃癌的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法对199例胃癌、20例正常胃黏膜及20例不典型增生胃黏膜中的EGF及EGFR进行检测。结果有淋巴结转移、远处转移及胃癌中EGFR的表达水平(阳性率分别为61.1%、66%、66.7%)较其它癌组织、正常胃黏膜、不典型增生胃黏膜(阳性率分别为47.83%、0%、35%)高(P<0.01)。EGF及EGFR的阳性表达部位均在胞膜和胞浆。EGFR的阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度、侵袭及淋巴结具有相关性。结论EGF及EGFR对胃癌的早期诊断有重要意义,可作为胃癌术前判断是否复发、转移的危险性指标。

Objective To study the relationship between the exprestions of EGF and EGFR in human gasrtric carcinoma tissue and the attacks of gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to test the EGF and EGFR in 199 patients with gastric cancer,20cases with normal gastric mucous membrane and 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia. Results The results showed that the exprestions of EGRF and EGFR were higher in the patients with lymphatic metastasis, distant metastasis and gastic cancer（61.1% ,66 % ,66.7% ） than in the patients with other cancers, normal gastic mucous membran and atypical hyperplasia （ 47.8 % ,0 % ,35 % ） （ P 〈0.05） .The positive cells of EGF and EGFR appeared in the membrane or plasma of tumor cells. In gastric carcinoma,the expressions of EGFor EGFR were related to the degrees of differetiation, infiltration and lymph nodes. There existed correlation between the positive expressons of EGFR and the attacks of these diseases. Conclusion The results suggest that EGF and EGFR play an important role in the early diagnoses of gastric carcinoma and may serve as a useful marker for judging metastasis and recurrence of gastric cancer before a operation.
