摘要
目的观察经液-固萃取法所得的生姜有效部位对高脂饮食大鼠脑脂褐质及血清脂质过氧化的影响,为生姜有效部位的抗衰老研究提供依据。方法以高脂饲料喂养大鼠,同时每天灌服生姜有效部位(主要成分为姜辣素及挥发油)200、400、800mg/kg,13周后测定大鼠血清抗活性氧活力(anti-ROS)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)及脑组织中脂褐质(LPF)的含量。结果T-AOC、Anti-ROS:高脂模型组均低于其他各组(P<0.05);MDA:随剂量的增加呈递减趋势(P<0.05),正常组、高脂模型组与低剂量组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SOD:高脂模型组低于正常组、中剂量组、高剂量组(P<0.05);LPF:高脂模型组均高于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论高脂饮食可加大大鼠特征性衰老物质脂褐质和脂质过氧化物的含量,生姜有效部位可抗氧化抑衰老。
Objective To observe the effects of effective parts of zingiber officinale on the lipofuscin of the cerebrum and lipid peroxidation in rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods By duplicating the hyperlipidemia model of rats by feeding high-fat forage and filling them with the efective parts of zingiber officinale 200mg/kg,400mg/kg and 800mg/kg every day for 13 weeks,blood was drawn to determine the level of serum MDA,SOD,T-AOC and the activity of anti-active oxygen as well as lipofuscin of the cerebrum all by Detection Kit. Results The results showed that the lipid peroxidation and the lipofuscin of hyperlipidemia rats were significantly higher than those of the normal control group. The effective parts of zingiber officinale could markedly decrease serum MDA and lipofuscin of the cerebrum and increase both SOD,T-AOC and the activity of anti-active oxygen in blood serum. Conclusion The effective parts of zingiber officinale has the effects of antioxidation and anti-aging action.
