摘要
目的探讨超声在子宫、输卵管声学造影中的临床应用价值。方法使用彩色超声诊断仪,探头频率2-5MHz。采用声学造影剂,经腹部超声观察子宫、输卵管是否通畅及卵巢周围、子宫直肠窝液体量的分布及多少,子宫周围有无气体形成。结果108例不孕患者中,52例双侧输卵管通畅,30例单侧通畅,10例双侧完全性阻塞,10例单侧通而不畅,6例双侧通而不畅。结论超声检测下行子宫、输卵管声学造影,对不孕症诊断明确,安全性高,同时还起到一定治疗作用。
Objective To explore the ultrasonic application in the contrast examination of uterus and oviduct. Methods ATL HDI 3500 color ultrosonograph with its probe frequency being 2- 5MHz was used in examination. Ultrosonic contrast medium was used transabdominally to observe whether the uterus and oviduct were obstracted, the content and distribution of liquid around ovary and in retrouterine excavation and whether gas were formed around uterus. Results Of the 108 cases of sterility, 52 cases got no bilateral obstruction in the uterus, 30 got no unilateral obstruction in uterus. 10 cases got complete bilateral obstruction. 10 cases got incomplete unilateral obstruction. And 6 cases got incomplete bilateral obstruction. Conclusion Combination of ultrasonic examination and acoustic oviduct acoustic contrast can produce confirmed diagnoses, and can also play a certain role in treatment.
