138例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效分析

CURATIVE EFFECT ANALYSIS OF 138 CASES OF GESTATIONAL TROPHOBLASTIC TUMOURS

目的探讨恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗方法。方法对138例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者的治疗过程及结果进行回顾性分析。结果41例绒毛膜上皮癌的治愈率是78%。97例侵蚀性葡萄胎的治愈率是90%。结论化学药物对恶性滋养细胞肿瘤有较好的疗效。

Objective To probe into the treatment of Gestational Trophoblastic Tumours. Methods Treatments and curative effects of 138 cases of Gestational Trophoblastic Tumours were analyzed. Results The curative rate of choriocarcinoma was 78 % and the curative rate of invasive mole was 90 % .Conclusion There is a reliable effect of chemotherapy on gestational trophoblastic turnout.
