Determination of meloxicam capsules by RP-HPLC

目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定美洛昔康胶囊中美洛昔康的含量。方法选用Waters C18色谱柱，以甲醇-0．2M醋酸铵为流动相，检测波长为362nm，流速0．8ml／min，柱温为室温。结果美洛昔康在0．1-200μg／ml范围内呈很好的线性关系，r=0．9999（n=5），平均回收率为99．2％，RSD为0．39％。结论该法简便、快速、灵敏度高、专属性好，结果准确、可靠，成功用于胶囊制剂中美洛昔康含量的测定。

Objective： To establish a method using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for determination of meloxicam capsules. Method： The column： Waters C18, the mobile phase consists of methanol- 0.2M ammonium acetate, with detection at 362 nm, flow rate 0.8 ml/min and the column temperature at room temperature. Result： The linear range was 0. 1-200μg/ml （r=0. 9999, n=5） with an RSD of 0. 39%. The mean recovery was 99.2%. Conclusion.. This established method is simple, rapid, sensitive, selective and accurate. The method could be successfully applied to the determination of meloxicam in capsules.
