摘要
分析了铸铁五金件表面存在的缺陷及其对镀锌层质量的影响。介绍了铸铁五金件的表面处理工艺及其机械镀锌工艺流程。指出了各工艺注意事项。
The defects of surface of cast iron hardware and its influence on the quality of zinc deposit were analyzed. The process of surface treatment of cast iron hardware and the process flows of its mechanical zinc plating were introduced. Points worthy of attention were presented. regarding various processes were presented.
