青少年学生心理健康状况的调查研究

Investigation on mental health status or adolescents at school

采用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）和艾森克个性问卷（ＥＰＱ）对２９１名１６～１９岁的青少年学生进行了心理健康状况测查。结果表明：抽样总体的心理健康水平属正常范围，但较全国常模为低。ＳＣＬ－９０测试的９个因子中，达到中等及以上痛苦水平的因子依次为人际关系敏感、偏执、强迫与敌对。各因子分别与个性的Ｅ、Ｌ维度呈负相关关系，而分别与Ｎ、Ｐ维度呈正相关关系，表明个性外倾，社会成熟水平高，情绪稳定，适应外部环境，心理健康水平就会提高。

Using the Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire as test instruments,research on mental health status was carried out in 291 school adolescents aged 16 to 19 years. The results showed that mental health levels of this population were inside the normal range,while it was lower than that of the national norm. Among the nine factors of SCL-90 five factors reached the suffering level at the medium and over, which were interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid ideation,compulsion and hostility,Each of the nine factors was negatively related with dimension E and L respectively,while positively related with dimension N and P respectively.It was revealed that extroversional personality,high level of social maturity,stable emotion and adaptation to external world can make psyche of people more healthy.
