摘要
针对车轮用CL60钢在冶炼过程中碳及夹杂物难以稳定控制的问题,分析讨论了主要工艺参数及影响因素,指出保证出钢留渣是控制碳的有效方法,而调包温度和浇注速度的正确选择则是降低杂夹物的有效措施。
Regarding to the difficult control issues of Carbon and inclusions for CL60 steel used for the wheels during its melting process, this article has analyzed the main process parameter and the affect factors, and described that ensuring the tapping slag is the effective method to control the carbon content, while the correct ladle temperature adjustment and the pouring speed shall be the effective measures to reduce the inclusions.
