摘要
研究了初炼炉冶炼工艺、精炼渣系、真空度、真空保持时间、弱吹氩时间、钢锭模温度对轴承钢质量的影响,结果表明,合适的炉渣碱度、真空度≤30Pa,真空保持时间≥15min,弱吹氩≥8min,保证钢锭模温度在30~100℃,可以生产出氧含量、夹杂物含量低及表面质量良好的轴承钢。
The article has described the melting process, refining slag, vacuum degree, vacuum holding time, weak argon blowing time and ingot mold temperature that might affect the quality of the bearing steel. The results shows that with the proper slag alkalinity, ≤30 Pa vacuum degree, the vacuum holding time ≥15 min , weak argon blowing time≥8 min. , and ingot mold temperature within 30~100℃, the high surface quality bearing steel with low oxygen content and low content of inclusions can be manufactured.
