摘要
综述了铸件成形中充型过程、凝固过程、应力场、凝固组织形成过程的计算机模拟技术,模拟软件及应用现状。指出计算机模拟技术是铸件成形工艺的重要手段,大型化、轻量化、精确化、数字化、网络化及清洁化将是未来铸造技术的重要发展方向。
The computer simulation technique, the simulation software and its applications such as the filling process during the casting forming, the process of solidification, stress field and the process of the solidified structure forming have been described in this article. Which defines that the computer simulation technology is an important means for the casting forming technology, and it is a very important developing trend for the casting technique to be large scaled, lightweighted, accurate, digitized, networked and greened.
