Application of special kinds of animal fibers to wool fabric

文章介绍了利用特种纤维和新纤维材料开发高附加值的纯毛与混纺面料的方法,集中介绍了山羊绒、兔毛、马海毛等特种动物纤维的资源分布情况、纤维性能特点和纺织工艺性能;利用加入导电纤维和远红外纤维开发功能性毛纺产品;采用原料细化技术和与PVA水溶性纤维混纺开发轻薄化毛纺产品;同时还介绍了几种新型染整技术。

This article introduced taking advantage of special kinds of animal fibers and some new fibers to exploit high value added pure or blend wool fabric. Then it introduced the distribution of some special kinds of animal fibers and presented the technological property of its fibers. It illustrated the application of the fibers, such as taking advantage of added electric conducted fiber and far-infrared fiber to exploit functional wool textile, using the technique of making raw material thinner and a kind of water soluble fiber PVA to exploit lighter and thinner wool textiles. Several new ways of dyeing and finishing were introduced, too.
