Study of nosocomial infection and antibiotic-resistance of coagulase negative staphylococcus

摘要 目的研究凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)的临床分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法细菌的分离培养按照《全国临床检验操作规程》,采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK32细菌鉴定仪鉴定,药敏试验采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)。结果分离出CNS567株,阳性率为18.0%(567/3142),其中首位为表皮葡萄球菌(占64.7%),它们对青霉素、红霉素、苯唑西林、复方新诺明、环丙沙星的耐药率均在50%以上,没有发现万古霉素耐药菌。结论关注CNS的感染,控制该类感染应积极进行病原学监测,根据药敏试验选用抗菌药物。 Objective To study the clinic distribution and antibiotic-resistance of coagulase negative staphylococcus(CNS). Methods CNS were isolated according to "the handling of general clinic laboratory" and were tested by VITEK system. Disc diffusion test (K-B method) was to study the antimicrobial resistance. Results Five hundred and sixty-seven strains of CNS were isolated (positivity, 18.0% ). Staphylococcus epidermidis accounted for 64.7% .The resistant rates of them to penicillin, erythromycin, oxacillin, compound sulfamethoxazole and ciprofloxacin were above 50%;vacomycin resistant CNS had not been tested. Conclusion Etiologic monitoring is the efficiency way to detect and control the infection of CNS. Antimicrobial treatment should be conducted according to the susceptibility test.
