摘要
普通高校的冬季足球课难上,本人在教学中关心学生、鼓励学生、认真备课、发挥教师的表率作用取得了较好的教学效果。
In average colleges, it＇s very difficult to give football lessons in winter. In teaching, I can concem about students, encourage students, carefully prepare for the lessons and play the model function as a teacher. So my teaching gets better effect.
