较为系统地综述了金樱子的基本特性,包括外观、地理分布特点、化学成分、营养价值、抗氧化作用以及中药炮制方法。另外,还介绍了金樱子在药用和食用领域的开发概况,阐述了其广泛的应用前景。
In this article, the basic speciality of Rosa Laevatage Michx is summarized systematically, including its morphology, range, ingredient, the value of nutrition, antioxidation function and processing methods in Chinese traditional medicine science. In addition, the development and profound using of Rosa Laevataga Michx in food and drug industry are introduced too.
