摘要
远程教育从第一代发展到第三代,与科学技术的日新月异以及及时地运用到远程教育中来有密切的关系,相应地为了保障教育质量,在学习者自主学习的条件下,在不同阶段出现不同的各种辅导答疑方式,如面授辅导、值机答疑、E-mail答疑、聊天室答疑和双向视频答疑等方式。从教师和学习者的角度调查来看,他们对各种答疑的看法存在着一定的分歧,通过分析认为流媒体答疑是解决远程教育答疑的比较理想方式。
Distance education has developed from the first generation to the third generation, it has a close relation with the science and technology changes with each passing day and their application in the distance education. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the quality of education, there are kinds of tutoring and question-answering methods emerging at different stage in the students' self-study, such as, contacting tutor, real-time question-answering, e-mail question-answering, chatting room question-answering, two-way video question-answering, and so on. At the angle of teachers and students, even there are divergence on these kinds of question-answering way, they all consider that streaming media question-answering method is the more ideal way to solve distance education question-answering problem.
