外膜蛋白电泳：院内感染乙酸钙不动杆菌的克隆识别

OMP profiles:clonal identify of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus strains in hospital infection

乙酸钙不动杆菌引起的院内感染和流行病学调查问题日益严重，但对其克隆识别无有效手段。本文应用外膜蛋白电泳技术对从三家医院分得的院内感染相关株进行了同源性分析，分别得到三种类型分别一致的电泳图谱；而对不同来源的无关菌株分析结果，得到各不相同的电泳谱型。说明外膜蛋白电泳谱型技术是一种适用于院内感染相关病原体中乙酸钙不动杆菌的克隆识别技术。

Various outbreaks of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus in hospitals have been described over the past many years.Any increase in the number of isolation of these bacteria in hospital wards should be acted on quickly.Various methods of classifying A.calcoaceticus have been descrihed,but none appears to be in general use.We use outer membrane protein Sediun、dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(OMP SDS-PAGE)to investigate 74 strains of A.calcoaceticus,mainly isolated in hospitals.The patterns were stable and reproducible.The first group could be classified on the basis of concordance patterns.some profiles appoared to be associated with the epidemiological origin of the strains.The second group with unique patterns which louldnot be classifiled.Comparison of SDS-PAGE patterns appears to be a suitable method for the relativc classification of A.calcoaceticus strains of nosooomial origin.
