摘要
用C型肉毒素、燕麦配制成毒饵的不同投饵量,即A,0.45kg/hm2(8粒/洞)、B,0.56kg/hm2/(10粒/洞)、C,0.87kg/hm2(15粒/洞)和D,1.29kg/hm2(20粒/洞)对高寒草甸类草地高原鼠兔进行了防治试验。结果表明,C、D处理灭洞率最佳,分别达到93.5%和94.78%,经方差分析比较,两者间差异不显著。但C处理较D处理节省饵料0.2948kg/hm2,可降低投资成本0.58元/hm2。
Trial on controlling rodents were carried out by using botulinus. C toxic baits in different quantity : A: 0. 45kg/( ha) (8 granule/hole), B: A: 0. 56kg/( ha) (10 granule/hole), C: 0. 87kg/( ha) (15 granule/hole) ,D: 1.29 kg/(ha) (20granule/hole), the results showed that C treatment and D treatment effect were the best, each could reach 93.5% and 94.78%, from variance analysis , difference wasnt obvious Saving baits 0. 2948 kg/(ha) and reducing the cast 0.58 RMB/(ha) of C treatment than D treatment.
