摘要
采用测绘、理论计算和模拟实验等方法对百万等级核电汽轮机组高压主汽调节阀的阻流特性,稳定性、提升力及噪声特性等,采用数值计算的方法进行了研究分析和优化,并进行了模型试验,掌握了设计和制造的要点。
By adopting the methods of plotting, theoretical calculation and simulation experiment, etc, the choked flow characteristic, stability, lifting force and noise characteristic of high voltage main steam adjusting valves for the mega grade nuclear power steam turbine unit have been analyzed and optimized by meams of value calculation, and with the model testing, the essentials for design and manufacturing have been obtained as well.
