摘要
对多年来二重在中厚板轧机制造装配过程中收集的数据进行统计分析,并结合牌坊受力、支持力对牌坊立柱作用产生的弯矩及弯矩使立柱产生挠度等进行论证,剖析轧机牌坊立装后产生“缩腰”的原因,给设计工作提出了相关的建议。
The data gathered during the manufacturing and assembly of the heavy and medium size plate rolling mill in Erzhong for many years have been statistically analyzed, and the bending moment caused by the housing stress and supporting force and the deflection on the housing have been demonstrated in this article, meanwhile the reason of the waisting for the mill housing erection has been analyzed as well, further the relevant suggestions for designing has been presented.
