对于《红楼梦》中薛宝钗和林黛玉这两位贵族少女不同的生活轨迹和行为方式,文章从她们的性格特征方面进行了阐释,分析了性格对她们不同生存方式的影响,并指出这两种生存方式处于封建末世的悲剧性。

The paper expounds the characters of Xue Baochai and Lin Daiyu, two girls of the noble family described in ＂The dream of the red chamber＂ in terms of their different life-experiences and ways of behaviors while analyzing the influence of their characters on their different ways of life,in addition to pointing out the tragedy of these two kinds of life in the late feudal society.
