现代远程开放教育已成为构建学习型社会的重要手段,在全新的现代远距离开放教育形式下,面对工作在最基层的山区、农村学校教师这样的特殊群体,地县级电大班级辅导员应履行哪些职责,如何开展好“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目工作,更新管理观念,探索新的管理模式,来管理好每一位学员,使每一位学生能达到试点项目培养人才的目标以保证试点工作质量,是一个有必要也必须认真思考的问题。
