“两课”教师是我国高校教师中的重要群体,是进行马克思主义理论教育和思想品德教育的主力军,是切实加强和改善高校思想政治理论课的排头兵。在新形势下,“两课”教师自觉地有目的地提高教育能力,对于提高教书育人的质量,保证“两课”的实效性和长效性具有积极的支持和保证作用。

The teachers who teach ＂the two courses＂ are an important group in the higher education and a main force to spread Marxist theory and ideological and moral ideas and a file leader to strengthen and improve the quality of ideological and political course.
