摘要
师、保、傅教育是先秦时期最高等的教育,它的教育对象为周太子及各诸侯国的太子及其贵族子弟。教育对象的特殊性决定了这种教育为统治者培养了大批优秀的高级统治人才,这也是周王室以及各诸侯国贤君、名臣辈出的重要原因之一。师、保、傅教育中的教育方法、成才理念以及选拔师、保、傅的依据虽然距今已有二三千年,但对如何提高当今教育仍有重要启示意义。
The education of ＂Shi Bao＂＂Fu＂is the highest education at the period of Pre- Qin Dynasty. The monarch of Zhou Dynasty and its prince cultivated a large group of enlightened young men who are potential leaders. This is the important reason why Zhou Dynasty and it＇ s country had been respectively power for long time. Although it had been for nearly 3000 years, it still enlightens to contemporary education.
