健步走对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血液生化指标的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨健步走运动对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者血液生化指标的改善效果。方法选取NAFLD患者71人,随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组进行12 w个体化的健步走运动,而对照组不进行特殊运动;对比被试运动前后空腹血糖、血脂、血清游离脂肪酸水平变化。结果实验后运动组的空腹血糖、血脂、血清游离脂肪酸水平均明显低于实验前(P<0.05)。结论科学、规律、个体化的健步走可明显改善NAFLD患者的糖、脂质代谢紊乱,有显著的防治作用。 Objective: To observe the influences of aerobic exercise on some blood biochemistry index of NAFLD patients. Method: Seventy- one subjects were divided randomly into exercise group and control group. The exercise group member took an individual aerobic exercise prescription (walking) according to his physical condition for 12 weeks and the control group without additional exercise than usual. Blood samples were examined before and just after the research. Results: Influenced by the aerobic exercise prescription , the level of fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, free fatty acid of the exercise group were all improved and better than those of the control group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The scientific and individual exercise prescription of walking could improve the glucose and lips metabolism condition significantly. It's worth diffusing and application in the regions nowdavs.
