摘要
多边贸易体制必将对各国的贸易、投资法律制度的建立与完善产生重大而深刻的影响,中国当然也不例外。以此为基点,立足于国际贸易与国际投资的互动及融合展开分析,揭示其发展趋向,并在WTO规则的基础上,提出在全球范围内逐步推进国际贸易、投资自由化的发展,加强各国贸易与投资政策的协调。
Multilateral trade system will inevitably greatly and profoundly influence the trade in all the countries and the establishment and perfection of the system of investment regulations. China is no exception. This article, taking all the above as the basic point, analyzes the interaction and fusion between international trade and investment and promulgates its development trend, putting forward that international trade and investment liberalization should be advanced gradually, and the harmony between trade and investment policy based on WTO＇s regulations should be strengthened.
